COPS9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COPS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,509 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translational elongation, Positive regulation of ligase activity, and snoRNA guided rRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with COPS9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS9-to-partner and partner-to-COPS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translational elongation grouped by COPS9-low versus COPS9-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
