COPS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,376 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2P8, YTHDF3-AS1, and CHCHD2P3. Each is linked with COPS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS8-to-partner and partner-to-COPS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
