COPS7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with COPS7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS7A-to-partner and partner-to-COPS7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by COPS7A-low versus COPS7A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
