Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COPS6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COPS6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher COPS6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COPS6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA and UCEC are the cancer types where COPS6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
