COPS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB8OS, CDCA2, and CCL5. Each is linked with COPS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS6-to-partner and partner-to-COPS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB8OS grouped by COPS6-low versus COPS6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
