COPS4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,579 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTERF4, FAM83D, and MTFR2. Each is linked with COPS4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS4-to-partner and partner-to-COPS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPS4 versus MTERF4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
