COPS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,229 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC19, RNF167, and IFNAR2. Each is linked with COPS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS3-to-partner and partner-to-COPS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPS3 versus TTC19 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
