COPS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with COPS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS3-to-partner and partner-to-COPS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA6 grouped by COPS3-low versus COPS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
