Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COPS2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COPS2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher COPS2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COPS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and UCEC are the cancer types where COPS2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
