COPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,086 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTF1, ARIH1, and TP53BP1. Each is linked with COPS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPS2-to-partner and partner-to-COPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPS2 versus RTF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
