COPG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK5, EXOC4, and ABCB8. Each is linked with COPG2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPG2-to-partner and partner-to-COPG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPG2 versus CDK5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
