Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COPG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COPG1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher COPG1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COPG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC show a favorable association.
PRAD and LIHC are the cancer types where COPG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
