COPG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,679 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHA, ZNF367, and LEO1. Each is linked with COPG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPG1-to-partner and partner-to-COPG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LDHA grouped by COPG1-low versus COPG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
