COPG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COPG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIFIN, CCL16, and TCP10L2. Each is linked with COPG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPG1-to-partner and partner-to-COPG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIFIN grouped by COPG1-low versus COPG1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
