Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COPB2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COPB2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher COPB2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COPB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and LSCC are the cancer types where COPB2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
