Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ACC1, and Rab11. Each is linked with COPB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPB2-to-partner and partner-to-COPB2 results are reported.
