COPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,091 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, DUSP12, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with COPA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPA-to-partner and partner-to-COPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPA versus BROX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
