COPA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,318 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDN1, CREB3L1, and KDELR3. Each is linked with COPA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPA-to-partner and partner-to-COPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COPA versus MDN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
