COPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP65, MIR6801, and PSMC3IP. Each is linked with COPA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPA-to-partner and partner-to-COPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP65 grouped by COPA-low versus COPA-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
