COPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 542 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, IQCM, and OR2B2. Each is linked with COPA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COPA-to-partner and partner-to-COPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM7 grouped by COPA-low versus COPA-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→COPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
