COMP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,641 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, VCAN_S2116, and VCL_S795. Each is linked with COMP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMP-to-partner and partner-to-COMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMP versus VCAN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
