COMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 464 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7D4, RBMY1J, and OR10G2. Each is linked with COMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMP-to-partner and partner-to-COMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7D4 grouped by COMP-low versus COMP-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
