COMMD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,966 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, FLG, and MXRA5. Each is linked with COMMD9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD9-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by COMMD9-low versus COMMD9-high in LIHC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
