COMMD9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,764 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are VENTX, SIGLEC6, and H2BC11. Each is linked with COMMD9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD9-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD9 versus VENTX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
