COMMD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,074 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP396, RPL22P5, and IGHD2-15. Each is linked with COMMD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD9-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP396 grouped by COMMD9-low versus COMMD9-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
