COMMD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and MSH2. Each is linked with COMMD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD9-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by COMMD9-low versus COMMD9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
