COMMD8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,771 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE4P, CD33, and NPHP3. Each is linked with COMMD8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD8-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD8 versus ADGRE4P in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
