Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COMMD6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COMMD6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher COMMD6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COMMD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, COAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where COMMD6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
