Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COMMD5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COMMD5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher COMMD5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COMMD5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and COAD are the cancer types where COMMD5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
