COMMD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,440 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTDSPL2, DNAJC17, and DUT. Each is linked with COMMD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD4-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD4 versus CTDSPL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
