COMMD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,431 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTAN1, IFI27L2, and BMP2K. Each is linked with COMMD4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD4-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD4 versus NTAN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
