COMMD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PRDX1, and ERK2. Each is linked with COMMD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD4-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by COMMD4-low versus COMMD4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
