COMMD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,956 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCC2, ZMYND11, and CCAR1. Each is linked with COMMD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD3-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD3 versus SMARCC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
