COMMD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,820 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VENTX, COLEC12, and ITGAM. Each is linked with COMMD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD3-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD3 versus VENTX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
