COMMD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L3, PANDAR, and RNU6-822P. Each is linked with COMMD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD3-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L3 grouped by COMMD3-low versus COMMD3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
