Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COMMD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COMMD2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher COMMD2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COMMD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and COAD are the cancer types where COMMD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
