COMMD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,254 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COMMD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WWTR1, ZNF148, and WIZ. Each is linked with COMMD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD2-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD2 versus WWTR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
