Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,891 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR17, ARMCX4, and MMP19. Each is linked with COMMD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD2-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COMMD2 versus GPR17 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
