Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY12P, RNU6-33P, and RNU6-1110P. Each is linked with COMMD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD2-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY12P grouped by COMMD2-low versus COMMD2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COMMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COMMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
