Across TCGA patient cohorts, COMMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are B-cells and Neutrophils. Each is linked with COMMD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD2-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B-cells grouped by COMMD2-low versus COMMD2-high in UCEC.
