Across TCGA cell cohorts, COMMD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,056 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COMMD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, Protein-DNA complex assembly, and Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with COMMD2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COMMD2-to-partner and partner-to-COMMD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation grouped by COMMD2-low versus COMMD2-high in OVARY.
