Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COLQ Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COLQ data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher COLQ Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COLQ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, SCLC, and ACC are the cancer types where COLQ Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
