Across TCGA cell cohorts, COLQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,851 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLQ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyglycylation, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with COLQ in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLQ-to-partner and partner-to-COLQ results are reported.
