COLGALT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COLGALT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,404 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLGALT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD1, PLOD2, and PLOD3. Each is linked with COLGALT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLGALT1-to-partner and partner-to-COLGALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COLGALT1 versus PLOD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLGALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLGALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
