COLGALT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COLGALT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,684 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLGALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALU, FN1, and ADAM12. Each is linked with COLGALT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLGALT1-to-partner and partner-to-COLGALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COLGALT1 versus CALU in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLGALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLGALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
