COLGALT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COLGALT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLGALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with COLGALT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLGALT1-to-partner and partner-to-COLGALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by COLGALT1-low versus COLGALT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLGALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLGALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
