COLGALT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COLGALT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLGALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, TAS2R8, and C5orf52. Each is linked with COLGALT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLGALT1-to-partner and partner-to-COLGALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXT grouped by COLGALT1-low versus COLGALT1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLGALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLGALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
