COLEC11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COLEC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,440 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLEC11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA5, LAMC1, and UCHL1. Each is linked with COLEC11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLEC11-to-partner and partner-to-COLEC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COLEC11 versus LAMA5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLEC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLEC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
