Across TCGA cell cohorts, COLEC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,618 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLEC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALLC, DLX6, and TFRC. Each is linked with COLEC11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLEC11-to-partner and partner-to-COLEC11 results are reported.
