COLEC10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COLEC10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,400 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COLEC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, VEGFA, and PPP1R15A. Each is linked with COLEC10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COLEC10-to-partner and partner-to-COLEC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COLEC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→COLEC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
